6/22/11 — Birch Trail alums met at Frankie's on the Park in Chicago to reminisce about camp and learn about Camp for All Kids. BT alumna and campership recipient, Fastima Brown, spoke to us about her camp experience and what camp has meant to her and her family. Special thanks to the host committee for organizing the event, to everyone who attended, and to Lisa Rolfe Burik, BT alumna and owner of Frankie's, who donated 10% of the evening's proceeds to Camp for All Kids. 3/29/11 — The 2nd Annual Camp for All Kids March Madness Fundraiser was a great success. Thanks to all of you who played brackets and helped raise funds to send kids to camp.
Our winners were first place Eddie Leshin with 75 points and second place Sari Hirsch with 71 points.
But of course...the kids are the real winners. This summer 50 kids will be spending four weeks at camp, thanks to a campership provided by Camp for All Kids...and our amazing donors.
2/1/10 — North Star alum, Garrett Lebby, recently published a book about camp entitled A Destiny that Made Us Brothers. Proceeds from all February sales will benefit Camp for All Kids.
